3. Refund Process

Refund approval, pickup, inspection and payment reversal timelines depend on the marketplace and seller policy shown during checkout.

Manvi Mart can help you find the correct support link, but the refund is processed by the marketplace where the purchase was completed.

4. Replacement

If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please raise a replacement or return request on the same marketplace where you placed the order.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error from our side (damaged or incorrect item).
